I’m starting this account to document what I’m learning while building a small e-commerce business across global marketplaces. I’m not a guru. I don’t sell “get rich quick” advice. I’m a founder-operator working on Amazon operations, product development, AI workflows, and small-team systems. I’ll write about: Amazon operations Pricing and promotion decisions Margins, inventory, and ad spend Product development AI workflows for small teams SOPs, spreadsheets, and operating systems Founder mistakes and lessons Most e-commerce content talks about growth. I’m more interested in what happens behind the scenes: How do you protect margins? How do you prevent inventory problems? How do you build repeatable workflows? How do you use AI without creating more chaos? How do you manage a small team without overbuilding corporate systems? This account is my public operating journal. Learning can go wrong when it doesn’t match the role. A founder spending all day on bid adjustments is too deep in execution. A junior operator spending all day on global brand strategy is too far from execution. I’m less interested in Amazon “insider operations tips” than I used to be. Whenever I hear a new tactic, I will ask myself: Does it improve the product? The supply chain? The margin? Traffic? Conversion? Execution? If the answer is unclear, the tactic is probably less valuable than it sounds. @amazon @ecommerce
