@ARCRaidersGame Have you ever considered how absurdly difficult this may make the game for new players? I’ve got hundreds of hours and Arc is not an issue for me. but I pity new players starting out encountering fireflies and comets, and now shredders on Blue Gate.

A perfect example of why Tommy Built was the perfect example of exactly what I say in this video. The outrage stems from perceived necessity and visibility. Glock is much more visible and this tweet says " Glock can fight it, but TommyBuilt couldn't." I.e., it was *necessary* for TB to comply, but this tweet assumes it's not necessary for Glock to comply. What I am about to say might go over a lot of heads like it did here. I'm not telling the collective you why you *should or shouldn't* be mad in this video. I'm telling you (1) why I'm not mad and (2) why you are. As this tweet proves, if it were perceived that it was necessary for Glock to comply with "easily convertible" regs then they would get a pass. If it was a smaller, less visible company, they would get a pass. But you're mad because it's visible and you're mad because you perceive Glock's actions to be non-compulsory (I'd like to know how much Glock is spending on litigation against states, cities, and private individuals who don't have to pay their own fees before I conclude that it's Glock's burden to fight this). This also presumes Glock winning in one state means they'd win in all states or that a favorable Glock judgment or verdict would apply to anyone else at all. Again, this stems from unfamiliarity with litigation and the people who speak the loudest about this issue tend to know the least. There's more to unpack, but I do it in the video. The answer is that it is just as much our responsibility as voters and constituents to get something done about this. The PLCAA can fix this. I wrote the PLCAA Clarification Act and helped to get it passed in two states, MT and WV. If this lawsuit were brought in MT or WV, the PLCAA Clarification Act would have squashed it at the first hearing. If the PLCAA Clarification Act is passed at the federal level, this is over. Call your elected reps.
