Another Minecraft community wrecked by MS/Mojang just like our @ZerpCraft
And its looking like real server bans have started by MS/Mojang.
More communities are looking at @hytopia to fill the gap left by Minecraft and their strict policies,which cause more issues than fix.

My favorite Minecraft server, @CHUNK_studio, got rugged by Mojang and will likely join HYTOPIA! Chunk ventured into launching an NFT collection while still aiming to comply with Mojang's EULA somehow. But as we know, we cannot trust Mojang a bit. There's no solid foundation to build a business on at all. Now, they've pulled the 'unexpected' rug. I've always been incredibly impressed by Founder @MC_Finest and his team. Chunk launched its Passport collection in August 2022, and I immediately joined the community. They've built great tech since then! It's essentially a gigantic map divided into 100x100 Chunks of land. You can build whatever you want on it and collaborate with other community members. Their in-game trading system is very well done. For example, I was lacking some resources on my Chunk and met up with a friend to trade for the materials I needed for my build. Each Chunk updates regularly on OpenSea, so you can show off what you've built directly on the NFT. These Chunks can also be viewed with VR glasses. The entire map can be seen in real time on their Live Map. I've spent much time just watching people create amazing stuff there. The collection can be minted for 0.03 ETH - 2,734 out of 10,000 items are already in the hands of proud holders. WhiteSands and Chunk have been the two best blockchain MC servers so far, with many players like @cryptotaborlin, @Gator2122, and myself being part of both communities. Chunk has a very good connection with a gigantic YouTuber, @SSundee, who even joined Chunk as a strategic advisor! SSundee has 23 million subscribers and gets over a million views on his daily videos, which is completely insane. He will be a major asset in pushing Chunk to Minecraft players. I'm sad they got banned but very excited at the same time because they are likely coming over to HYTOPIA! This is not the end for Chunk. I think it's the start of something truly special.

The end of $TOPIA as the primary HYTOPIA in-game currency?
After months of discussions with creators and analyzing the preferences of their target mainstream players, the team has realized:
Most players are highly deterred by the notion of a gaming platform solely reliant on a volatile in-game currency with fluctuating purchasing power.
Adopting a stablecoin may eliminate the psychological barriers associated with cryptocurrency and its volatility, which could otherwise impede widespread adoption and alienate uninformed players or creators during periods of market fluctuations.
Thus, the team will create a governance proposal in the coming days/weeks:
The proposal will likely include to vote on primarily using $USDC or another stable-coin for in-game transactions to provide stability, with still having the option to use $TOPIA for in-game purchases.
In my opinion, this is the correct approach. Web2 Minecraft players are not yet ready for crypto volatility unfortunately.
A stable-coin should help us get adoption way faster because creators will be way more comfortable building on this platform.
This would change the utility of the token dramatically though. I´m expecting huge volatility in the coming days.
The team holds huge amounts of $TOPIA themselves. I think that they want the token to be as successful as the community does.
They just want to ensure its success over the long term rather than the short term.
