One thing I’ll say about AI doomers thesis and narrative about all white collar jobs getting evaporated with 2-3 years is that they clearly have never actually tried to manage a large corporate strategy pivot. AI strategies won’t materialize any quicker than internet strategies did within big corporation. The biggest disruptions will come from new startups built from the ground up to utilize AI as boomers are phased out of the work force naturally over the next 10 years.
