Today we were onboarding a new member. He told us what he'd built before - a few side projects, nothing launched. He asked what actually was. We told him it's an accountability layer for solo founders building alone. He went quiet. Then he said "I need this." It felt like. One piece.

What no one tells you about building indie software: - Most launches will be quiet - Distribution beats product, almost every time - You don't need a massive idea - you need a specific one - Shipping teaches you more than planning ever will - Rejection from users is just free research - It's worth doing anyway

You have no idea how fast things shift when you stop building in silence. One daily check-in. One week of visible progress. And suddenly you're someone who actually ships.
