BOMWiki Traffic: very early but interesting data point. Biggest source of traffic is the US. Top 6: US UK Canada India Germany France Almost all traffic is coming from industrialized countries. There is very little to no traffic from under-industrialized regions. It’s a kind of broken windows theory, but for industrialization. When industrial activity is low, people are less inclined to move in that direction. When industrialization is high, even if it happened decades ago, it remains part of the collective muscle memory.

Ok heres some Raj lore: Back in 2016 there was this cutie-patootie I was crushing hard on and I asked her if we could hang out. She invited a male friend of hers and although I was initially bummed out, I thought 'what the heck' and we all went to a bar. Over the next 3 hours, I intentionally spent 90% of the time talking to the guy and it was honestly fun and we actually bonded over the fact that we were computer science nerds and into Japanese culture. We later became good friends and hung out without her several times. Was I petty? Yes but, she never pulled that crap on me again. TL;DR: It works.

Starting a company is hard, Operating one is harder. While setting up Conscious Engines' India entity, we ran into the kind of problems nobody warns you about. Not the hard stuff. "The stupid stuff". @cyrilbhau spearheaded all of it. and watching him navigate that maze - calmly, methodically, without losing his mind - made one thing very clear: operating a company is a completely different skill set from building one. and most founders have no idea how hard it actually is until they're in it. So we decided to start a group for early to mid-stage founders navigating the exact same maze. A place to learn from people who've already made the mistakes - and talk to others who are facing the same ones right now. Get help around: - Compliances - Legals - VCs / Fundraising - Vendors - Real answers from people who have "been there, done that" The Operation Room - a tight, curated group for the heads of ops, growth, marketing, hiring, and finance who are actually running Indian startups. @dharmeshba @utsavmamoria such apt words. Wonder if there is a founder community to discuss and share on deeper things like these?

@VishakhRanotra would love to prototype with you on this. Don't know if it works, but oh boy it would be fun to tinker iteratively and find out whether something can be done. I work on the cutting edge of using Agents (claude) and simpler hardware Integrations like looms etc

I wish I could feed Claude .step or .iges file formats, give it materials and tolerances of each and then it would accurately create detailed 2D technical drawings along with program cycle time of each component. How far is this dream?

Why founders get anxiety. At every stage, a founder is in multiple loops of thoughts that get triggered by one reply and start a chain reaction of doubts and fears. Below stages are the bare minimum and may increase depending upon your domain or if you’re not the flavour of the season. I don’t think there’s any substitute for this or any pain relief if you’re raising funds. The best one can do is train oneself mentally. I struggled a lot and I still do, but the levels are much different from where I started.

All VCs say they're "founder first." Vinod Khosla says 80% of investors add negative value. Both are probably true. Here's how to tell - 1/n
