what makes this even more painful is that earlier in the car louis is frustrated by how little he knows about lestat's past but the moment he finds out, his reaction confirms lestat's own worst fear and validates why he shouldn't share in the first place

my controversial opinion here is that for armand hating lestat so much is developed and warranted but for daniel it really isn't? he knew him for all of five minutes and all lestat did was not let daniel exploit him and he got petty about it? louis and armand tried to KILL HIM
