@WWURD_Official I know he had health problems despite being in his early 40's. Some men in the church filled in, but some of them really didn't understand our doctrine well. He came back and taught occasionally, then nothing more.

It is of much importance that we understand what Paul wrote concerning his gospel in 1Cor 15, where teaching about the resurrection he explicitly teaches, “it is sown a natural (aka carnal) body, it is raised a spiritual body”, which is literally: it is sown a ‘carnally-minded’ (ψυχικόν) body, it is raised a spiritual-powered (πνευματικόν) body. This happens within each believer. So let’s look at the gospel in that light: “That Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures”: As taught in John 1:14, the Logos became flesh and tabernacled within us, as humanity. In this tabernacling, Christ took on mortality, which resulted in his spiritual death in the flesh. He went from pure, ethereal spirit to being tented with a decaying, mortal flesh. This is God’s Spirit within all humanity, as taught in Ephesians 4:6. “That He was buried”: buried in this life, sealed within in our minds or the place of the skull. This burial of Christ within is symbolic of the seed sown on the ground in . “That He was raised on the third day”: Three days is symbolic of God’s pattern of regeneration or creating new life. The seed of His presence begins to sprout within us, and the spirit of Christ rises within us to preeminence. That truth appeared to Cephas, then 12, and after, to more than five hundred. The truth sprouted first in Peter, etc. One must read here that this isn’t the order found in the gospels, and this is for a reason. Paul is reflecting here those that identified the risen Christ within Jesus during the earthly ministry, and even includes Judas (the 12). Too many read the synoptic gospel stories as literal. An allegory is a story that is written as literal, but has a spiritual lesson, similar to the parables that Jesus taught. Even Paul appears to have done this in the beginning, but affirms in this same passage, "So from now on we regard no one from a worldly point of view. Though we once regarded Christ in this way, we do so no longer". Paul teaches that the Christ isn’t a person of worldly flesh”. Christ is the Logos, the Son, and the Father in whom we reside and He who resides within us, as the foundation for our redemption. This is the Good News!

@Bodittle God has already given us all the mercy he will when Christ died on the cross for our sins, was buried, and rose again (I Cor 15:1-4, Eph 1:13 & 2:8,9). I will be 62 in 3 days, and I can assure you people were just as immoral as when I was the age of the people in the video.

For 40 years, Donald Trump pushed for war on Iran. In 1987, Trump called to "take some of [Iran's] oilfields". In 1988, Trump said he wanted the US to "take" Iran's Kharg island. This is not something new that Israel forced him to do. Trump is a diehard, lifelong imperialist.

@eth39232 Haven't read it, but my independent conclusion on the matter was Paul was referring to the proselytes of Rome and their then current standing in relation to Israel; I've seen a few others with this same stance. Does this line up with him, or what is his argument?

@BeSaintly He either was saved by believing the gospel (I Cor 15:1-4, Eph 1:13 & 2:8,9, Rom 4:5, etc.) or he wasn't, and II Thess 1:8,9 applies to all who don't believe the gospel.

@ARCAngela0519 I lost my 9 year old shih-tzu to heart failure last Friday. I have four other dogs, including a 3 year old shih-tzu who looks almost the same as the older one, but the house still feels empty without him.

My cat died today. Suddenly. Very traumatically. I can’t have kids, and he was literally my everything. He followed me everywhere, really. I can’t believe he just won’t be here to do our routine in the morning, or any other morning. I thought we had so much more time. 💔

@WWURD_Official My Southern Baptist pastors never mentioned the words covenant or dispensation. The sermons were either glorified Dale Carnegie messages or on having a more effective prayer life.
