B. Simple works better than complicated.
C. Most ideas can work with tweaking.
Using random peoples suggestions we came up with this. Multiple people are testing it currently and I'm trading with live money. It works.
Now I need your help getting out the word. Please repost, bookmark, like and comment on these threads. Lets get rid of the mystery of polymarket bots and steal the thunder from the Chinese bot farmers.

Lets Make a Profitable Bot-- Together. Thought this might be interesting/fun. I can take your suggestions, tune them with you and show you how to make a bot profitable. There are some rules. 1. If we share this with everyone, liquidity will be an issue. So lets stick to 15m Bitcoin for ease and the fact it will work for more people. 2. I will pump this through my back tester to tweak. So I have recorded 18 months of every moment of PolyMarket BTC 15m. In exhaustive testing its within 5% accuracy over time. 3. One suggestion per person. 4. I will try and guide the conversation, but really want suggestions. I want to show you guys how easy it really is. 5. No guarantee this will make money. While the back tester is insanely accurate. We could literally be in a weird regime right now (which we are, shits all sideways), 500 people could start trading this exact thing instantly. All kinds of things can happen. So while it "should" work. Its more about learning how to build a profitable bot. So questions. 1. When do we enter. Pre-window, mid (when), after? 2. How do we decide which direction to bet, up, down, both? 3. Any pricing logic? 4. What signals do we use, what filters? 5. Any betting strategies? 6. Any stop losses or panic stops? LFG!

Cost of living is low. Quality of life is high. Time zone lets me work when it's quiet.

Everyone trying to compete with Kalshi or Polymarket is in rabbit race to 0
Bootstrapped prediction markets with no differentiators are going to fizzle out as fast as they pop up
If you’re passionate about building in the prediction space, build something that’s complimentary to existing products, or build something completely new
Going head to head with massively funded companies that have a larger yearly marketing budget than most companies raise in a lifetime is setting yourself up for failure

I did built out a ai facing mcp, so ai’s can construct and validate their own strategies. All strategies is just json, my back interprets it and executes

I think a reputable person who open sources the code (rough with ai now) that optimizes the bot for zero latency, pre wires all possible api's as options, has an ai forward setup (toml or json files to trade a new strategy). With built in paper trading and an accurate backtester could make real money.
I have it all, I just don't really want to polish and sell anything.
The market is there, but you need to get trusted accounts that have the source code to audit it and give it a seal of approval regularly.
Every "trading bot" I've found steals info or strategies. Have to be squeaky clean. Maybe public facing with your real name/info etc.

PSA: Scams... copybots, trading bots, backtesters oh my..
At best, they suck, at worst they steal your wallet and crypto.
1. Copybots: At best, they are well meaning but wrong, at worst.. satan.
A. Well meaning. You cannot copy a good strategy. Market makers, scalpers, snipers, 1% edges amplified, inner market arb models... there are 100's of reasons.
The main one is latency. When you see a trade on polymarket, that is after it was recorded on the tx record on the blockchain, that takes time. By the time its recorded... 2-4 seconds has passsed.
Now this bot watches for it, copies it, sends it back to you, then you place a bid, wait for polymarket to get it... 5 seconds later.
B. Satan. They are just stealing your shit
2. Trading Bots: These are pure sketch. I've tested a few on Github, all are scams. Polymarket already builds free bots in python and rust. You can build off of those. The other bots fall into a few categories.
A. Pure evil. They get your keys, steal your shit. Simple.
This one is being promoted right now on x x.com/recogard/statu… t.co/s2xHlTjVXd it straight up steals your keys.
B. Lesser Evil. They send back your strategy, hoping to find some idiot savant that made a good one and copy it.
C. Useless. Very few of these.
3. Backtesters: Same issue. Most are just shitty. They get free api's from Binance, coinbase, polymarket. And give you the same shit you get from your AI. Junk.
Even worse, some steal your strategies trying to use them.
Moral of the story. ITs all a scam. Do not download SHIT except from the polymarket Github

@sandislonjsak For a single project, the most I get out of it is 4x parallel agents on different worktrees. When all PR's are done i manually QA every PR individually.
