I create short books around those problems. 70 to 150 pages that speak directly to their problem. I use ChatGPT to outline chapters, Claude to write it, Ideogram AI to design covers that get picked on Amazon over every competing book. I’ve been doing this for 6+ years and perfected a system that now takes only 1 hour a day. life is so weird! Some years ago, in a Manchester bedroom, i started a podcast with a $100 microphone and called it The Diary Of A CEO... The idea was that i'd share some of the more personal things in my diary - that first episode got 40 subscribers on Apple. Most of them were my friends. Thankfully, two of my friends told me it wasn't as embarrassing as I thought it was, and told me to carry on. Today, about 6 years after bringing the show to YouTube, we hit 16,000,000 subscribers. This month we had 90 million± downloads/views (a new record for us), and added 600,000+ new subscribers to the show. no rational person looking at me sat in that bedroom at 3am, trying to figure out how to edit on garage band, using a sock as a pop-shield for the microphone, would have forecast any of this. i certainly did not. all of this has been so weird to me that it's mentally easier to just not think about it, and focus on the work... which is the decision we've always made and will continue to make In an industry dominated by American media giants, I'm really proud that a show founded in Britain by a team of now hundreds of Brits, many of them young people in their first job, can compete globally... And i'm reminded again what's possible with the right people, the right focus, a willingness to work very hard, (and some good fortune and timing). @247_OnYoutube My two channels were removed for circumvention. You are just lucky if it didn't affect your other channels. My 3 channels were in the same phone. Immediately they removed one, in two days time, they uprooted the remaining 2 for circumvention.

Thanks so much for this, it’s all love my bruh. We just have to take it easy on ourselves, no one is happy with the inauthentic stuff. Now to clear the narrative about buying new gadgets and proxy all because you got demonetized is not true my brother. I’ve been finding a way to address this before now. The only reason your other accounts will get demonetized for “related channel” is when you use the same Adsense. I’ve never changed my gadgets or use any proxy since I started YouTube automation. I still use my phone and PC till date even after losing so many channels. The only channels I lost to “related channel” are the ones in the same Adsense with the demonetized one. My channels on the same gadget but new Adsense are all up and running for over 3 months now. Rooting for you my brother… See you at the top ❤️💯

Good morning @TerhembafanTo, Yes, I have been in the storytelling niche for a while now. I have explored different niches, and you are free to call my work low effort or AI slop. Everyone is entitled to their opinion. But one thing I would never do in my community is talk down on another person’s mentorship or discredit it entirely. In your community, I have several of my students there because they want to learn more about True Crime, and there is nothing wrong with that. My tweet yesterday was sarcastic, but I am actually glad I made it. It was posted in your community and I saw everything. You said “Henry mentorship is closed,” and that yours is also closed, then asked who is going to teach them. I have taken Henry’s course on True Crime and I have taken yours too because I like seeing things from different angles. I have also taken Lora’s course and Bright Afeno’s course. I can even decide to join Lora’s 2Million class tomorrow. That is just how I am. But after getting your course and seeing the mindset you and your students have in that group, it honestly did not sit well with me. If you were that confident about your course, why did you not reply when I said I wanted to enroll? You saw the message and I deleted it. You are in the True Crime niche, you have results, and your students are doing well too. That is good. But this whole inauthentic content conversation has either changed the community or just revealed people’s real mindset. Yes, we did storytelling. If the audience did not enjoy or engage with it, how are we supposed to make money? Anytime I talk, the defense is always that I will bring storytelling into True Crime, but how does that even correlate? Storytelling can rely heavily on AI visuals and narrative, but True Crime requires real images and deeper research to fully understand a case. Ask my community. I always tell them if you are not ready for in depth research, avoid True Crime. The same people you told “Mayowa will run with his AI slop” are the same ones who sent me screenshots in my DMs. Good luck to you, but honestly, this does not make much sense.

most clippers fail because they're too good at editing spent 3 hours perfecting a clip → 2,000 views spent 15 minutes on a rough cut → 340,000 views the algorithm doesn't reward polish. it rewards volume and timing. the best clippers i know post 3-5x per day and edit like it's a rough draft perfectionism is the most expensive habit in clipping

Why EXACTLY aren’t you using Google Ai studio for Voiceovers??? First, it is absolutely free and you can get it to talk almost exactly how you want by simply entering the style as a prompt in the style instructions box… If you can control the style rightly, you have won with Voiceover. You can also use it on your mobile phone. Visit the web and switch to desktop site on your phone. Test it out with the style prompts and tell me if your current voiceover beats it. PS: To control the pace effectively with a prompt, ask ChatGPT to give you the best pacing settings and speed (in numbers for your script and you’ll get a better style prompt for it. PPS: Don’t give it too many words. Limit your word count to 1000 words or 1200 words and make sure you listen to the ending part of the VO after generating because sometimes it glitches and goes silent.

⚠️ I’ve been completely cut off from my ONLY source of income for 51 days… and I still don’t understand why. I’m writing this not as a “creator”, but as a real person who is honestly starting to feel lost. It’s been 51 days since my YouTube channel was suspended. 51 days of waking up and checking for updates. 51 days of hoping to see even a small sign that something is moving. And nothing. 💔 This channel wasn’t just content for me. It was my main income, the way I supported my family. For 51 days now — zero income. No backup. No alternative. Just uncertainty every single day. And the hardest part? I still don’t clearly understand what exactly I did wrong. Maybe something changed in YouTube’s rules. Maybe there were updates I didn’t fully understand.
