@PWBread @kferrDC @fuckyouiquit There's also getting promoted, but having to wait months for the pay bump from the promotion. Happened to me recently, I was in the role for five months before I saw a dime of my increased pay. Drastically different job responsibilities from my previous role. No back pay either.

@kferrDC @fuckyouiquit It’s adjacent. You’re being told to do additional work for the same compensation. Is being required to take on extra responsibilities for no additional pay considered theft of labor, as the additional labor is not met with additional compensation? If not, what do you call it?

@Suzierizzo1 Depends on the day of the week. Yesterday it was $3.29. Today it was $2.89. Cheapest day is Wednesdays; my gas station usually increases the discount for rewards members since it's the day most folks are least likely to buy gas.

I am honestly amazed by how horrible this bill is. it simultaneously: 1) explodes the federal deficit 2)cuts taxes for millionaires 3) decimates Medicaid and rural hospitals 4) destroys American energy production it’s literally the worst bill of all time

They said it was to be more environmentally friendly, but they also add new power requirements with each gen, so they end up upselling new chargers if you want to keep your phone under warranty.
