@elonmusk @elonmusk Besides FSD we also lack Grok in Teslas within EU. The voice button is prominent in the driver's wheel but by far the most useless button atm. Also, the auto-steer asks to put my hands on the wheel while I am interacting with the buttons on it which feels dumb.

Europe will love Tesla self-driving! Due to the extreme regulatory burden of the EU, which in general stifles innovation in Europe, Tesla owners there have been stuck with basic lane-following.
Sawyer Merritt@SawyerMerritt

German TV reporter testing @Tesla FSD (Supervised) V14 in the country as public transport in rural areas: "I was genuinely impressed. In the situations where we experienced the system, it worked perfectly and safely. I hadn't expected that. Even in the bad weather conditions in the Eifel region. In many cases, it reacted at least as well as a human driver, if not better. If Tesla is ever allowed to roll out this system nationwide in Germany, I think it will have a major impact on mobility. And that will only be the beginning of some very significant changes in transportation..."

@Pranit With the 20$ subscription I ended up running out of tokens halfway the first prompt. (5h limit) unusable at best. Switched at codex with gpt4 and I am working comfortable for the most time.(disclaimer, a 2 month 2x tokens applies to gtp4 already)

Anthropic just pulled the oldest trick in SaaS pricing. I pay $200/mo for Claude Max. My limits have been noticeably worse this past week. Now they announce 2x off-peak usage for two weeks. Sounds generous. But here’s what actually happens: limits quietly drop, a temporary 2x makes the reduced limit feel normal, the promo ends, and you’re left at a baseline lower than where you started. You just didn’t notice the downgrade because the 2x absorbed the transition. These AI plans are massively subsidized. The raw compute behind a heavy user costs multiples of the subscription price. Every move like this is the subsidy quietly correcting. Very sneaky, Anthropic.
Claude@claudeai

A small thank you to everyone using Claude: We’re doubling usage outside our peak hours for the next two weeks.

Privacy, Privacy, Privacy! New financial rails without privacy? Not gonna happen Private stablecoins are essential. STRK20 is making shielded stablecoins possible. Alpha: Starknet is the best place for Privacy and DeFi!

4/ Any team can add this capability to an ERC-20 by simply deploying on Starknet. It creates a fully composable environment instead of pushing users into isolated private silos. This is what we call transaction-layer privacy: private ownership, public execution.

“By examining request metadata, we were able to trace these accounts to specific researchers at the lab.” So… you’re bragging you can de-anonymize users using metadata? Is this your privacy pitch now? Did you do this to Europeans? Can you clarify, for EU users: 1. What exact “request metadata” was processed? 2. What was the lawful basis under GDPR (Art. 6) for that processing? 3. Were EU users informed (Arts. 13/14) and are retention periods defined (Art. 5)? 4. Is this metadata used for attribution / tracking at user level? @EU_EDPB @EU_EDPS @DPCIreland

ZTARKNEAR is live. Starknet is now integrated into NEAR Intents’ chain-abstracted swap network, users can go from 120+ native assets across ~25 chains <> STRK in a few clicks. This is just the first phase ⌛

1/ ZTARKNEAR starts here. NEAR Intents has integrated with Starknet, bringing chain-abstracted, intent-based swaps to the ecosystem. You can swap 120+ native assets from ~25 chains ↔ STRK with zero bridging steps 🧵

The "valid reasons" for slowness are bureaucratic BS and cowardly executives who cater to snide analysts and public-market outlets like WSJ that have nothing to say about a years-late programs and everything to say about a fire that covered 0.0002% of our test site. I am not even exaggerating, that is the real number. It is exactly what anyone would expect from testing a system that violently blasts lithium-powered drones out of the sky. This is what weapons development SHOULD look like. Heck, Camp Pendleton has over 200 fires per year on their training range, and that is with fully mature weapons systems! Going on and on about this for paragraphs is so pathetic - oh no, they "obtained" satellite imagery that "reveals" the damage to the grass on the weapons test range. The other examples in this story are similarly absurd - oh no, an engine sucked in a piece of FOD? STOP THE PRESSES! Autonomous boat behaves exactly as designed and stops moving when it receives a faulty command? ANDURIL HIT BY PATTERN OF SETBACKS! It is so pathetic, the type of thing that can only be written and taken seriously by people who have no idea how hardware development actually works.
Colby Badhwar@ColbyBadhwar

WSJ: ‘We Do Fail … a Lot’: Defense Startup Anduril Hits Setbacks With Weapons Tech Anduril's attempts to accelerate defense development & production are crashing into reality at full speed. Turns out that cutting corners in the process doesn't work. Competition is good, and they will become better competition for the more established prime contractors as they mature and learn that there are valid reasons why things take so long.
