It's certainly within the realm of possibility now that Dragon Quest XII and Pokemon Winds & Waves both release Holiday 2027. It would lead to a record breaking amount of Switch 2 units sold in Japan. Nintendo wouldn't be able to make enough in this scenario!

@TrevorWibicki @NikTek I agree with you, but it’s partly people’s fault, too. Ever since 8GB RAM came out, I’ve thought it was pretty unnecessary to have more, but what happened? People wanted 16GB just for the sake of having more, and if that was the new standard, then why bother optimizing?

@NikTek PS2 ran on 8MB memory cards for game saves. Developers used to be forced to be efficient with code and applications no longer. Now just feed it more VRAM, more RAM more storage.

The PS3 has 256mb of RAM memory how is this even possible?
