Are there any good ACs in the Indian market? My LG inverter AC (window) developed a gas leak and corrosion after moderate use in less than three years. Now either have to keep renewing the AMC or pay for new gas refills every season. My older O’General and Carrier worked for 7-8 years before developing any issues. But it’s well-nigh impossible to find similar models anymore and can't trust any shopkeeper. All just lie without any ethics whatsoever.

@JaidevJamwal Daikin is the worst. We brought 8 and 6 of those have corroded and leaked even with minimal use and regular servicing.

Update on Modi being heavily compromised & therefore effete. This revealing information came to me from someone who has great deal of inside information about PM. Basic facts can be checked by anyone who knows how to do Google search. The day Modi ji took charge as PM, Dr Manmohan Singh's Cabinet Secretary from 2011 onwards, Sh Ajit Kumar Seth came to meet Mahamanav with a big fat file and said, "Dr Saheb has suggested that you look at this file carefully". Mahamanav took the file and went pale as he flipped through the pages because the file contained a lot of dirt on him. Modi looked shaken and asked Seth, "How did this reach you?' Seth answered calmly, "As Cabinet Secretary in the PMO, all important files come to me." Modi ji meekly returned the file and got the hint good and proper. Ajit Kumar Seth was given an extension and appointed as Modi ji' own Cabinet Secretary ! This means Dr Manmohan Singh and Sonia ji had access to all doings and decisions in the PMO. Seth was given extensions by Modi ji in 2014 and served until June 2015. Have you ever heard of any PM anywhere in the world, appointing the most trusted senior officer of his sworn enemy as the head of his own PMO? After retiring, Seth was given yet another reward and appointed as Chairman of the Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB). This may well explain why, despite all the sound and fury, 56 inchiya Mahamanav did not dare take any action against Sonia ji, Robert Vadra, Chidambaram and the others, whom he accused of having foreign accounts abroad and much else! It is not just Sonia ji who has access to the dark deeds of Mahamanav but a lot many more people, both within India and abroad. That is why Modi ji is one of the most INSECURE politician of India and therefore, indulges in vulgar boasts and bluster! There is no dearth of corrupt politicians in India and the world over. But none have been as desperate to project themselves as saintly figures, as is India's One & Only 56 inchiya. Hence the constant hysteria in the voice when addressing janata and pretence of being a selfless Mahatma! For the record, the first time Modi ji boasted of "56 inch ki chhati" during his 2014 election campaign, I personally told him, "Don't do this Narendra bhai. It sounds vulgar. His response was, "Aam janata loves it, Madhu ji. only intellectuals like you want sophisticated speeches". Modi ji ke hired scumbags, now find out from your Hriday Samrat, why he appointed Dr Manmohan Singh's Cabinet Secretary as his own top most officer in the PMO? The more you provoke me with your lies and obscene charges, the more dirt will come out from all directions exposing your Hriday Samrat!

Healthcare in India is becoming a money making machine. A friend’s grandmother is in ICU for the last 4 days. Daily medicine cost alone is around 40–50K. He is not allowed inside ICU. He cannot see the treatment. He cannot see which medicines are actually being used. He can only stand outside and keep paying. Medicines go from pharmacy to ICU. Families don’t know what is used, what is not. Maybe some goes back from the back door. But there is no transparency. Only bills. Private hospitals know families won’t argue when their loved one is in ICU. This is not just treatment. For many families, this is financial destruction in the name of healthcare.

This explains why I kept a safe distance from Modi from the time he assumed power in May 2014. I did not even go to gift him a copy of my book on him. Just sent an unsigned copy through his favourite bureaucrat Bharat Lal! The names of women who were made MPs and ministers by Modi due to intimacy with him were being whispered loudly enough within Sanghi power networks right at the outset. In 2014, when I went for lectures to America, there too tales of his aiyyashi were doing the rounds. Appointment of 12th pass Smriti Irani as Education Minister had given credence to other scandals, till then hidden from public view. The scandal involving Mansi Soni had already reached the Supreme Court. Someone close to Modi gave me a whole set of papers submitted in the Supreme Court by the incarcerated IAS officer who too was having a rollicking time with Soni. In addition, people from Gujarat, including some of those close to Modi, shared with me disgusting stories of his sickly dalliances with women while he was Gujarat CM. And earlier while he was pracharak and BJP office bearer! Hearing those stories, I became so averse to his presence that I avoided even those functions, including marriage receptions, where Modi was likely to show up! So traumatized I was by the gory accounts that I actually sank into deep depression in 2014 which deeply impacted my health. Went for 21 days to an Ayurvedic healing centre in Coimbatore in 2015 in the hope of recovering from multiple shocks. I remember when I shared my grief at the reports I was hearing with a very senior RSS intellectual, he shrugged it off saying, "why are you so shocked? Why should his personal life bother any of us?" The appointment of #pornpeddler Amit Malviya as BJP's Social Media incharge was yet another proof of the inclinations of the top bosses of BJP! I might have overlooked his predatory sexual conduct, if he had done well on other fronts. But his aggressive peddling of genocidal vaccines and brazen attempts at crushing Hindu samaj and demonizing Hindu dharma, his outrageous patronage of Bheemtas and Meemtas to launch lethal attacks on Hindus, his slavish conduct vis a vis the Globalist Mafia, his devilish conduct in persecuting Hindus during the Kathua Kand (described in detail in my book The Girl From Kathua, A Sacrificial Victim of GhazwaE Hind) and much else, made me realize in the first term itself that we are saddled with a Satanic ruler, a CIA plant who has been put in power to wreck India, and decimate Hindus! Modi's personality disorders have convinced me that we should pay far more attention to sexual corruption of our leaders. Those who are compromised on this front very easily succumb to blackmail by enemies of Bharat, than those who are financially corrupt! Will soon provide proof of how he is being blackmailed from day one. Hence the vulgar 56 inchiya boasts!

It's laughable how Dhurandhar fans think Aditya Dhar is some genius who has made his name in the international cinema circuit with Dhurandhar and its sequel. Shows how little they know about cinema. Nobody can deny this fact that Dhurandhar 2 will be the highest grosser film in Hindi cinema. But that doesn't mean Aditya Dhar will be someone who will inspire filmmakers across countries. Martin Scorcese, Christopher Nolan, Wes Anderson have all admitted to be influenced by Satyajit Ray's cinema. A chase scene in Anurag Kashyap's Black Friday inspired Danny Boyle to include a similar chase sequence in Slumdog Millionaire. This is what influence means when your work inspires filmmakers across countries. To even imagine that Aditya Dhar's work would even enter these circuits is laughable. No matter how much crores you earn.

Our generation parents used to get up early morning irrespective of anything. Nowadays I see people sleeping till 10 inspite of becoming parents.
