We are storing this out-of-service train on the express track near 36 St to keep it out of the way of rush-hour trains. Later today, we will move the train back to its storage facility and allow express service to resume.

Northbound D/N trains are running on the local track from from DeKalb Av to 36 St/59 St .

While trains get back on schedule consider these alternatives: For service between Queens and Manhattan, use the 7/N/W or Q32/Q60 buses. For service along 6 Av in Manhattan, use B/D/M trains. For service along 8 Av in Manhattan, use A/C trains.

@NWSNewYorkNY With all this so called technology you can't even get the weather right 9 hours before. It has been raining heavily in Manhattan from 10 am to 4pm. Not light at all. A crystal ball would be more accurate.

It will be much cooler today with high temperatures remaining in the 50s. This is a good 20-30 degrees cooler than yesterday. Expect overcast skies with rainfall throughout the day. The rain will remain fairly light, with amounts remaining less than a half inch.
