@northernassist @2403heloli Thats poor that what's the point of conductors having ticket machines when they are going to give out fines? They have tried to buy a ticket through your app which is not working. Not their issue its northerns

If you don’t use the ticket machine before boarding, you could be fined since conductors know the app isn’t working and we are all are telling everyone to use the machines instead. Please make sure to get your ticket at the machine to avoid any issues or penalties during your journey.
