@Uber Uber share took my route 30+ minutes off my original route (when the app promised “no more than 8”), didn’t give me almost any discount for getting a rider (when the app said 20% if another rider is found) and almost made me late for my flight.

@googlenesthelp bought a protect that turned out it was 7 years old. You guys were nice enough to replace it but the “new” one you sent was manufactured 5 years ago. And now no one wants to help that I essentially bought a product for $120 that is half the expected life.

@united Booked for me and 80-year old parents (first trip in years! yay!) One paid, two award seats. Wanted to splurge on Prem Economy for parents. On paid it's $400, which I'm fine with -- award seats are over $4500?? Is this a mistake? More than if I bought it outright!!

@IHGService @IHGCorporate @IHG @EvenHotels what’s frightening is that I was awaken by what sounded like someone’s alarm clock going off in the next room. The alarm was clearly not loud enough in my room and I was lucky to have been woken up.

@Nordstrom Thanks for the quick reply...but really...how can your system show in-stock when someone buys it and then THREE DAYS later tell me it's cancelled. There is a similar item on the site (different color) -- not on sale -- will you replace it with that?

@Nordstrom Horrible experiences with Anniversary Sale continuously through the event. Crazy slow ship times, website going wonky, and now the last straw -- an order of an item I wanted has been cancelled and now shows SOLD OUT. Wow. I just don't know what to say....

@kitandace Disappointing quality on a bunch of the $50+ undershirts that I was so excited about. Even more disappointing -- it took 5 days for CS to reply with a response so generic that it makes a giant corporation's responses look more thoughtful and personalized.
