@hotelsdotcom weird I received an email from @HolidayInn stating a full refund due to the hotel having NO power & we couldn’t check in then mins later received an email from hotels.com saying they would only give you $50 credit stating the hotel declined to refund 🤨

@HolidayInn The hotel itself was excellent. Check in great, staff friendly, rooms clean, but holy smokes; who in their right mind designs and builds a new hotel with that type of bath/shower? For just my knowledge, I ran and drained the water 10 times before the water was clean. Gross!

@EvenHotels I was charged over $400 twice during my stay. I reported this issue in December, and your receptionist informed me that the refund would be processed within a few days. However, I have yet to receive the money back.

@EvenHotels how come you guys don’t have anybody on overnights. The room has been without heat here since my check-in not fixed and now I’m told maintenance doesn’t come in till 7 AM. No other rooms available. We’re not starting off good here.

I stayed for a short 2 days at the @CrownePlaza Dubai Jumeirah as @IHGOneRewards Diamond Member using my club lounge pass. Some minor issues (e.g. very small pool deck) but a nice 👍 club lounge. A video of room and lounge is available on youtu.be/40-E1jo0a3o
