@mattcarson2 If youre asking why the Big 12 decided to play Friday games its simply for the money/revenue it brings in. When youre not the SEC or Big 10 you gotta do & think differently. Teams were willing to accept short weeks if it meant more revenue

@ajordan_music @AJ_DonWilliams Tech isnt the only school that will be at a disadvantage playing on Friday. Having a short week puts every team at a disadvantage especially if its following a road game. But all 16 teams agreed to the Friday games knowing the potential drawbacks, its part of the TV deal

@JonahTuls Dallas at pick 12 finds themselves at the end of Tier 2 (Bain, Bailey Styles and 2 OTs)/beginning of Tier 3 (Delane, Tate, Lemon, Sadiq). It’s a tough spot unless they have Delane rated higher than everyone else, then they may want to trade for one those T2 guys rather than wait.

Almost every new mock draft this week has Dallas trading up from 12.

There's like 5 guys I'd be OK with at pick 12 and like 2 of them are offensive players. 🫠 Good thing front offices don't give a flying fuck about anyone's big board, especially mine.

J-Rod is an absolute beast. highly instinctive, athletic, playmaker. would immediately CP's scheme with versatility & ability to read defenses. I agree it would be great if we had a high 2 to use on him, but as it is it wouldn't be a stretch at 20.
