@JoshMandell6 @BitcoinRadiolo1 This was definitely the case before but thankfully standard of care anesthetic practice has gotten so safe that malpractice rates have come down quite a bit over the last decade or so.

@JoshMandell6 @BitcoinRadiolo1 Been following for a while Josh. Loved watching 84k on Pi Day, was surreal. As an anesthesiologist, had to respond to this 😂. In reality most emergency situations in the OR are CAUSED BY surgeons (vessel or major organ injury) and saved by anesthesiologists (resuscitation)

@AdamBLiv Yes, I did this a few weeks back and have been selling cash secured puts to establish a long position in MSTR. But I rolled from 403b into a self-directed IRA so I did not have to pay any penalties.

Anyone else with a crazy amount of $$$ sitting in a 401k that ISN'T SELF-DIRECTED? I'm pretty close to pulling the capital out, paying the penalties, and taking advantage of MSTR in a taxable. Earn 10% a year in basic bitch ETFs for another 30+ years before I can access it? NO THANKS! Anyone make the jump?

@SawyerMerritt Not much of a reason to buy a Civic Type R anymore, unless you want a stick shift and the vroom sounds. Modern cars don’t have hydraulic steering that provides *real* road feel, so the difference between performance IC and electric cars is less now than ever. Exciting times imo

@MandrillAlpha69 @jonidanna @WCInvestor Are you really comparing financial advice to an epidural? LOL. If you get a bad financial advisor you could lose a lot of money. If you get a bad anesthesiologist taking care of your pregnant wife she could be paralyzed or die. That’s why it’s 3k.

@jonidanna @WCInvestor Right so it’s not really about the cost it’s about the fact she’s laying in the hospital bed and there’s no transparency on fees/costs. You find out when you get the bill. On the other hand who says it’s worth $3k? You? Who says the products advisors provide aren’t worth it?

Things I'm not a fan of: Stock picking, day trading, actively managed mutual funds, whole life insurance, commissioned advisors masquerading as salesmen, Bitcoin, buying houses during residency, and a casual attitude toward debt.
