@culvers first and last visit. Food was horrible. Asked for a single patty, was charged and got a double. Burger wasn't even hot enough to melt the cheese. Asked for receipt at the register, was told it would be with the food. Only receipt I got was a greasy one with no info.

@kay_leo3 I think it is. I have it for my dog. It covers her office visits and yearly vaccinations. Also covered her microchipping. I can change coverage levels as she gets older.
