@TheRangeUK I have emailed about an order I received last week that was damaged and actually cut my hand open as I hadn't realised it was broken and heard nothing back. I just want the damn thing replaced.

@gavinlew @RoyalMail It did exactly the same to me last night, took payment both times and the postman has just tried to collect them 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

@RoyalMail think your checkout is broken , 3x £2.70 payments you’ve taken (2 from a debit card and one via PayPal) all resulting in the same error.

@RoyalMailHelp I need help regarding postage I tried to buy online last night and was told it couldn't be processed...twice! So why have you taken the money both times and my local postman just tried to collect four parcels?

@FirstScotland ignored my tweet about buses not turning up. Wasted money on a ticket, I never got to use yesterday because the x22 failed to show up and there was no updates!!

@RoyalMailHelp I am waiting on a parcel being delivered by you and the tracking is still saying it's being prepared by the sender, who have assured me it has been dispatched. Can you help track it?

@BWallaceMP @DefenceHQ He paid for his plane, he had every right to be on it with those animals, which ultimately would not be taking space away from people. What about the vehicles? They should have been the last thing to fly. This whole situation has been handled badly.

If he does not have his animals with him he and his staff can board an RAF flight. I have been consistent all along, ensuring those most at risk are processed first and that the limiting factor has been flow THROUGH to airside NOT airplane capacity. @DefenceHQ

Now that Pen Farthing’s staff have been cleared to come forward under LOTR I have authorised MOD to facilitate their processing alongside all other eligible personnel at HKIA. At that stage, if he arrives with his animals we will seek a slot for his plane. @DefenceHQ

The whole team & dogs/cats were safely 300m inside the airport perimeter. We were turned away as @JoeBiden @POTUS had changed paperwork rules just 2 hours earlier. Went through hell to get there & we were turned away into the chaos of those devastating explosions. #OperationArk

@FirstScotland What is this absolute nonsense that you are trying to scrap the x22 from Shotts to Livingston? The only bus that runs from Shotts and Harthill and you think it's a good idea to remove it? Absolute joke!

@Hermesparcels My parcel was supposed to be collected today. Nobody came. Tracking says I need to contact you because you need more information. So what is it you need?

@scottish_water my water is coming out brown. I was in the middle of the cleaning my fish tank out and have put one bucket of this brown water back in before I realised. Will it effect my fish?
