You can condemn both right??..why do you want to compare and make it a common thing ?? The motive behind Nashik case is Religion and not Harrasment remember that...if it's just the harassment you wouldn't have come here and played victim card like usual.

Everyone frothing at their mouths about the TCS Sexual harassment scandal have remained silent about the sexual harassment malaise in MNCs - as long as it suits them they will remain silent. The MOMENT they can spin this with a religious angle, suddenly everyone cares for the cause for justice of sexual harassment and protecting women. Ask those who are frothing at their mouths if they have all even honestly gone through the POSH workshop that is 'mandatory' (click, click, click, click, end) in their organizations, how many women have been kicked out or the workplace made so hostile - including women piling on to the "You got this onto yourself, you should be silent" and men accused of sexual harassment promoted - MNC ICC's are defunct. MEN go through sexual harassment at workplaces, mostly by other men, and these bros keep ranting homophobic jokes. These new drama artists wont ask the question that is necessary to be asked - Safety for all genders at the workplace. Many men with power are those who WILL abuse it - religion doesn't matter. The same lot that remained silent for convicted rapists like Ram Rahim getting parole, Asaram Bapu getting celeb treatment in temples are now saying they want to save Hindu women. Your temples became 'impure' the day Asaram Bapu and many such rapists stepped in to them - was a 'cleansing ritual' conducted or no?

What the Artemis II astronauts did over the last 10 days was a testament to their bravery. And the fact that they traveled farther from Earth than anyone ever has, re-entered our atmosphere at more than 24,000 mph, and splashed down safely was a testament to human ingenuity. Absolutely shocked by the TCS Nashik story. An organised assault + conversion racket operating within a workplace, surfacing only when victims spoke up, raise deeply unsettling questions. The fact the victims are Hindu women makes this even more disturbing. Points to a systemic failure that cannot happen without enabling structures and serious indoctrination.

Read that Islamabad's security has been taken over by US forces today (for the purpose of meeting) as they don't trust locals.

Did @TCS put out any public statement on the Nashik office harassment case. They definetely own this to the employees and shareholders, mainly what will they do to prevent such issues. This is a lesson to every MNC.

I hope top IT companies do a SELF AUDIT to see if they provide a SAFE working environment for women by following all POSH Act guidelines

Who Gave Them This Power? Rule Breakers Openly Challenge Bengaluru Police officer
They were clearly violating traffic rules by driving on the wrong side, and instead of accepting their mistake, they had the audacity to shout and argue with the police officer. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. How can someone break the law and still act so entitled and aggressive? What gives them the confidence to raise their voice against a police officer who is simply doing his duty?
Such defaulters not only endanger their own lives but also put others at serious risk. Driving on the wrong side can lead to severe accidents, and this reckless attitude only makes the situation worse. Strict action must be taken against such individuals so that it sets an example and discourages others from behaving in a similar manner.
At the same time, this incident highlights the courage and professionalism of the police officer who stood his ground and handled the situation firmly. He deserves appreciation for maintaining discipline and ensuring that the rules are upheld.
However, the bigger question still remains how do people feel so empowered that they think they can argue with law enforcement after clearly being at fault? This mindset needs to change, and it will only happen when strict penalties and accountability are enforced consistently.

I received an anonymous msg 4 months ago.
According to the msg, there's a customer service company named VXI, behind Inorbit mall, Madhapur, Hyderabad.
1. The HR recruits mostly muslim men and good looking Hindu women.
2. Most of the cab vendors and the drivers are muslims.
3. There are nearly 20 muslim women in the company but nobody has a Muslim boyfriend in the office but all the Hindu women have muslim boyfriends in the same office.
4. Muslim men feed beef to Hindu women and call it a prank. 🤬

Nashik IT scandal is a brutal reality check. When the police have to send 7 undercover officers into a company just to get the truth, your HR is clearly a black hole.
CM Devendra Fadnavis termed it “very serious incident” & Minister Girish Mahajan has named TCS in the case and called for a wider inquiry into companies across Nashik.
> For years, big MNCs used POSH compliance as a selling point to hire top talent, promising a "safe" environment. If top brands can’t stop predatory rackets and religious coercion, they lose their best talent and their biggest edge.
