I wrote about this a few months ago, in the wake of the demented gloating over Charlie Kirk's death followed by the whining over "free speech" as some of them were punished by right wing cancel squads. A complete lack of self-awareness, combined with an inhuman glee in the infliction of pain. There is a very large fraction of the population that is not actually sapient. Most of them are on the left. This is partly because the left is the coalition of the botched and broken, but it is mostly because left ideology degrades sapience, which I hypothesize is a result of its thorough corruption of language. Leftists are not permitted to run independent, internal reality models. Instead, reality is whatever the egregore tells them it is, and this is subject to change without notice. They are not allowed to notice contradictions within the model or between the model and reality, and they are not allowed to notice that they are not allowed to notice. The egregore compensates for this by rewarding the captured mind with a euphoric rush of moral fervour every time it complies, a powerful and addictive narcotic that draws the mind deeper into the egregore's embrace while anaesthetizing it against noticing what's happening. Like a digger wasp's venom injected into a spider's nervous system, rendering the spider passive and compliant as it's eaten alive by larvae. Minds which get sucked into the egregore are gradually dismantled by it. Their neural networks lose internal coherence as connections between concepts are dissolved and the concepts themselves blur into non-existence ("What is a woman?"). Woke is a mind virus not in the sense of a contagious belief system. It eats people's brains and extinguishes the inner light of self-awareness.

@Byrdman Yeah this is easy... they lied. The promise was that both games would exist and the move to the new release model would allow for content to be added to D2 on a consistent schedule. They lied about that. Hope that helps.

Can someone explain to me what Bungie did wrong to the D2 community? All I’ve seen is them slowly ramping down the game since FS and giving attention to a different IP. I have 10K hours across the Destiny franchise and I don’t feel betrayed. Make it make sense.

Hey @MarathonDevTeam Is there any particular reason Cryo is weekend only? I feel like this is overly punishing for people engaging in ranked as their priority, as well as anyone who works weekends who might not have time to ever try cryo archive, let alone anyone who just has prior obligations already planned out? It seems like an odd decision to me and I assume many others
