Infant robotic surgery today at Preeti Kidney Hospitals using the SSI Mantra robot with VR glasses (no monitor). Trans-mesocolic pyeloplasty in a 14-month-old child went well. Good ergonomics and high magnification. Limitations: over-magnification, slower suturing, limited panoramic view.
