So much for @emirates claiming to be the best airline. My parents are returning home from New Zealand to Dublin. Flight left Christchurch as normal. Spent 75mins circling Dubai before landing at wrong airport. Stuck on the plane for 4hrs! Then another 2hrs waiting for bags.
