Last but not least, the final Frontier category I looked at: Gaming 🎮 This was one of the most varied parts of the Frontier Hackathon It showed different approaches to distribution, ownership, mobile, Telegram, NFTs, memes, creator tools and infra So I decided to mention 10 projects this time Gaming seems to be forming around: • Full gaming franchises Example: @GORECATS, a Solana gaming franchise building around games, collectibles, tournaments and $GCATS, with recent collabs including @playsolana • MMORPGs and onchain worlds Examples: @Gableguardians, a 2D pixel art MMORPG with characters, weapons and skills on Solana. The founder also seems very active and clearly building with passion @PlayAlerith, a 3D MMORPG with skills, combat, crafting, auctions and Magicblock VRF • Skill-based PvP games Example: @PlayOrbs, a Solana PvP game where players compete in deterministic matches with verifiable outcomes, built around replayability, improvement and sustained engagement • Telegram-native RPGs Example: @RiverholdGame, a dark fantasy RPG inside Telegram with optional wallet connection • Physical-world and experimental games Example: @BrewItOnChain, a beer-themed game where Ingredient NFTs can age, earn rewards or be redeemed for real beer • Meme and reward-based games Example: @gibdotmeme, a memecoin trading card game built around rewards and meme culture • PvP and prediction-based gaming Example: @tntxdotai, a gaming platform building solo games, PvP prediction games and gamified token mechanics with @magicblock Gaming infra also had some interesting directions: • @HeyBuildoor, a no-code tool that lets NFT communities turn their collections into idle games • @Bloomverse, with Akasha World Creator, a voice-to-game engine using Solana, Unity and tokenized creator worlds This is the last category in this series. Those who call themselves socialists are not socialists. They are miserly nimbys. They want monetary distribution and not wealth creation because real wealth creation is uncomfortable. I can figure out how to build the nicest house in your neighborhood and sell it for less then every other house at a profit. That would be wealth created for the buyer. But that would make every other house in that neighborhood sell for less. The more houses I would build like this the more I would be vilified. They don’t actually want anyone else to get wealthier.
