Got it, that does make a big difference. Sonos Play is our newest portable speaker and can use a phone or tablet charger for power. We approach these decisions through a sustainability lens and not wanting to contribute to e-waste; we hear from many of our users that they already have compatible USB-C charging adapters at home. We offer a compatible power adapter as an optional accessory that works with Sonos Play, Sonos Ace, Sonos Roam 2, Sonos Move 2. This is being sold on sonos.com.

@tconrad @Sonos Ok that the Mac app isn't your highest priority - but are there any plans to update it to make it somewhat functional? The system is visible in Web App, Spotify, Apple Music (AirPlay) and iOS App but in the Mac App - "No Products Found" 8/10 times and sooo slooow.

@sonos app is still a pile of …. Can’t play SoundCloud as it’s not encoded properly. Go to SoundCloud app, airplay to Sonos speaker fine! It’s been years of them doing a worse job of playing content on their own speakers than 3rd party apps

Hey Roman, sounds like those speakers may not have the WiFi info to connect. Try connecting the speaker to the router with an Ethernet cable and it should connect to your Sonos app for an update. If the speakers aren't responding, the status LED on the top may be trying to indicate it's status: support.sonos.com/article/sonos-… Send us a DM with the email address associated with your Sonos account and we'll take a look at what's happening.

@tconrad @Sonos Amazing hardware! Software is worse than pathetic. It is sad how frustrating it is to be a Sonos fan. I have rooms full of your hardware and love it. Sadly, 2-3 days each week it is unusable because the software is incapable of recognizing the hardware. Simply unacceptable.

@Sonos does anyone monitor support cases for weekend orders?? The website sent me a confirmation for a black sub when I ordered a white one. After spending an inordinate amount of time trying to change that one detail only to find that it's not able to be done even immediately after seeing the issue and notifying you before it shipped. I created a case but apparently nobody it looking at it because it's the weekend? Well unfortunately/fortunately the shipping department is alive and well... Looks like you just sent me the wrong color sub 3... How do we got this resolved?

@Sonos has turned listening to music into a frustrating unpleasant experience. If you dont use it yet, dont. The system almost never works the way it should anymore! Its been this W ay for years and they have not been able to fix it!

I have multiple Sonos Amps powering wired in-ceiling speakers throughout my house. Despite an extremely reliable WiFi signal, the units have been consistently unreliable. One was defective and Sonos initially agreed to replace it, then went back on their word. Their customer support has been the worst. At this point, I’m so frustrated I am tempted to throw it all away.
