This Can Be A Big Business Too. • Every town should appoint scholars (1/2) with true Vidvat who can teach Kavyas, Padyas in both Sanskrit and Telugu. • A Two (AP/TG) state-level body should be formed and sustained through Crowd Funding. • Children must be enrolled by the age of five - Catch Them Young • Parents should ensure kids attend classes twice a week, with at least 12 hours of focused learning till they reach 8. •Teachers must dedicate themselves exclusively to teaching, with no parallel professions • Well-equipped libraries and generous, stable salaries should be provided to teachers • Awareness must be created through posters, word of mouth, and social media • Crowd-funding is the key and very achievable • Target 1,000 Rs per month donors. If someone can contribute more, More the merrier. • Mobilise 10,000 donors from AP, Telangana and NRIs (Easiest- Catch IT guys and Business Men) • This alone can generate 1 crore per month to run competitions and programs. • Create a common corpus fund; use the interest to sustainably fund competitions and awards • Encourage wealthy individuals to sponsor awards in their own name or in memory of their parents • Conduct Mandal-wise and District-wise competitions EVERY MONTH, not once a year • Regular testing and competition will keep students sharp and motivated • Even 20 scholars per town are enough to safeguard and revive Telugu What’s needed is missionary-style dedication for 5 years, after that, the system will run in auto-mode !
