@magicdecor_com In that case, do look at the date of the photo attached and let's see how you weasel your way out of this @magicdecor_com. The date is right at the top. This is how you guys have installed the brackets. And I was told by the installer that it's fine.
@thegcomplex Hello, upon reviewing the case, we would like to inform you that the blinds were installed successfully in January 2026 and no installation issue was reported at that time. As per our warranty policy, coverage applies only to fabric and color fastness concerns.
