First impressions of Vietnam: Affordable and vibrant but lacks refinement. So far I really prefer Latin America (Esp. southern cone) and Southern Europe to Asia. Vietnam still feels very much like a developing country. Whereas Chile for example world class infrastructure.

Channel 1: Organic longs only with occasional lives (max 1/mo) Channel 2: Organic shorts only If doing regular live streams, separate channel Unlisted is cleaner if kept separate, just from admin perspective. Don’t know anything on paid, was always told make the organic better and then it becomes negative CAC. Homorzi + Sebastian etc
