@AdamA34757 @woke8yearold Sometimes (if the person can realistically) he will advice them to make more money, but yeah that all that good finances are. More money in, less out. Invest in a diverse portafolio. Thats it. You did it.

Caleb Hammer is slowly radicalizing into a far right extremist due to talking to ordinary Americans for his show

@Llllddddd114 @Scorpion8615 @MakeUSAVAT @The_Davos_Man This is because 1. They were attacked by surprised (even thou the US told them this was about to happen) 2. They had significantly less equipment. 3. Russian stradigies just valued soldiers life less in an attempt to win (This is not new in Russia, it has always done this)

@Llllddddd114 @Scorpion8615 @MakeUSAVAT @The_Davos_Man So the statistic is that communist did most of the dying (in the European front) but that doesn't mean they did most of the fighting. The Axis had similar casualties in from the western and eastern powers. The USSR just was worse at keeping its people alive.

@Llllddddd114 @MakeUSAVAT @The_Davos_Man Both world wars were caused by the central powers of europe which were not liberal. Non liberal countries also intervened in the middle east, is just that they all lost their power over time. The US sided with Egypt in the Suez crisis are you team british?

@MakeUSAVAT @The_Davos_Man World wars? American intervention in middle east? Suez crisis? Sryian civil war? The monist truth system of liberalism cannot endure any other systems / governments rejecting to play with the rules of liberal system that is rooted in "liberty of communication" aka free trade

@ljmontello Then how come the party that explicitly ran against the things you want won last time?

Americans *aren't* actually right wing if you look at the policies we support. We're a corporatacracy with two bought off parties winning or losing on fringe issues & vibes.
Guillermo Ramirez@virtualnerd2

@ljmontello The point stands. If American is more right wing, the realistic options are more left wing. Unless you are arguing for violent revolution, it is just a fact about democracy.

Sir.... You live in Finland. Please STFU lecturing Americans being too far left because we reject a political spectrum that demands we support a Democratic Party running on the same platform your center-right National Coalition Party with no hope of anything but slow decline.
Sampo Naatan Lähteenaro 🇫🇮@Teawisher

@ljmontello In politics none of the realistic options are usually satisfying Some far left stuff is simply alienating to a lot of people and especially to working class men. Promoting it helps the right "Privilege talk" like yours is often a way to avoid having to present logical arguments

@ljmontello @hackagibson From the evidence that I have seen while poor people are more to the left economically (still center left but more left) than the electorate, they are also more to the right socially than the electorate.

@ljmontello @hackagibson Do you have any evidence that 1. Poor people don't vote because they don't like their choices AND 2. Those people would in fact vote for what you want. Because "the people who don't vote are secretly in my side" is the rallying cry of every niche movement.

Privleged liberals like Contrapoint define wisdom as accepting the status quo because they rather prop up a system that still mostly works for them than risk facing any of the hardship they see as being for "other" people.
WOR$T JOSHIPGIRL IN AOTEAROA@joshipgiirl

Natalie thinks the left wants too much, and that they think she has a courage problem. Personally I would diagnose it as her having an optimism problem that prevents her from strongly advocating for bigger change, because she doesn't believe it can ever happen.

@hackagibson @ljmontello The poor vote disproportionally democrat, because they cannot afford to give up slightly better for the dreams of leftists.

@ljmontello the people who actually need change (the poor, the incarcerated, the homeless, the disabled, the undocumented) can't afford to wait for the perfect argument. they need disruption. and disruption is messy.
