Has your transaction been processed? (You should have received a Withdrawal Successful email in this case). It usually takes banks 3-5 business days to process the incoming international transaction once the funds have been processed and transferred by our team.

The traceID works for internal tracking. Once your funds have been transferred, your bank has a different tracking system. You can reach out to our customer support team on support@deriv.com to get the ARN number in order to trace the transaction status within your bank.

The funds transfer is made as soon as the processing is complete - at the same time you will receive the "Withdrawal Successful" email. You can request for the ARN number (which will only be available once a transfer has been made) from our customer support team.
