@_official_major Hello! Has your transaction been processed? (You should have received a Withdrawal Successful email in this case). It usually takes banks 3-5 business days to process the incoming international transaction once the funds have been processed and transferred by our team.

@_official_major Hi! The traceID works for internal tracking. Once your funds have been transferred, your bank has a different tracking system. You can reach out to our customer support team on support@deriv.com to get the ARN number in order to trace the transaction status within your bank.

@_official_major Hi! The funds transfer is made as soon as the processing is complete - at the same time you will receive the "Withdrawal Successful" email. You can request for the ARN number (which will only be available once a transfer has been made) from our customer support team.
