The AHA & Brewers proposal relates to draught beer only. That is, beer poured from a keg into a glass in pubs, clubs and restaurants. The aim is to encourage people back to places they can more easily socialise in a regulated, safe setting, whilst creating employment.

Australia also has the fourth highest beer taxes in the world. The Government increases the beer tax goes up quietly each six months, but the Government never tells anyone about it.
