Dealing with my post #HRR23 blues by adding to my Henley winners d’base (previously had all results to 1925, now taking it back to 1839). Remarkable run by Eton in the Ladies Plate, finalists every year from 1883-1905 winning 9 of them!

@ThamesTradesmen It is a good rule of approximation. Working everything from a 2k… MAX for 500m 2k-10, 1k 2k-5, 5k 2k+5, 30’ 2k+7, 10k 2k+8…. These are MAX test so training will look very different

Had a disagreement with pairs partner on ergo splits I was told your 5k split should be 5 higher than than your 2k Is this science fact or fiction?
