Every Senator that fled DC to get on a plane for home must immediately return back to the Senate to fully fund the Department of Homeland Security & TSA agents. You signed up for this job when you ran for the US Senate. This isn’t a game — get back to work.

People have Thune all wrong. He's not a weak leader. He's not stupid. He is intentionally undermining the Trump presidency. It's not that he can't lead. He won't.

🚨 John Thune is the most hated man in the Senate right now, and he knows it. Every time he posts he gets absolutely TORCHED in the replies. His office phones are ringing off the hook with furious conservatives. He’s a sellout and needs to go.

@1MichaelOffutt @Savsays @SenateGOP Thune is but one of many. Barraso, Collins, Lankford, the witch from Alaska Murkowski...last count there are minimum 19, up to 27, "republican" Senators opposed to the Save Act. Its not that simple.

It’s cannot be understated how unfathomably cooked we are if we can’t even get basic voter ID laws passed in this country.

There is much much more than 'coincidence' going on here! We must end this Democrat Voter Fraud! Those Opposing Voter ID wish to hide VOTER FRAUD, not solve it. We can’t stop voter fraud if we don't Confirm Identity. There is nothing racist about this issue! EVERYONE can get an ID that is required for all kinds of things much less important than voting.

Tons of people in the comments don't understand the difference between repayment options and the lack of INCOME DRIVEN REPAYMENT OPTIONS meaning. Maybe you graduated but only make $50k They will have you paying as if you have a $150k income. That is absolutely a issue because they want to garnish wages.

The Senate was meant to “cool” political passions like a saucer cools tea, but after serving for 15 years, I’d say it’s more like plaque clogging arteries. My op-ed in the Daily Wire explains how the filibuster and outdated Senate procedures cause dysfunction and gridlock. Read more at the link below⬇️

"If the filibuster does end, we all might be surprised to find senators attempting to find common ground on more issues to help ensure bills pass with bipartisan support, thereby reducing the chance of being overturned when the other side regains power." So you're an optimist, @RonJohnsonWI . ... Now play devil's advocate and tell us what the worst thing is that could happen if the filibuster is eliminated (and don't get me wrong, Ithink it should be eliminated because it's primarily an invitation to stagnate and stall). I think what's more likely, in light of the law of entropy, is that nothing will ever get done in Congress. The evidence already abounds.

@BasedMikeLee No private (i.e. efficient or effective) organization uses a filibuster-like mechanism to make decisions. Neither should our representatives. Abandon progresslessness.

HOLY CR*P 🚨 Minnesota Rep Krista Knudsen says they just found out the state TURNED OFF tracking for money being sent overseas They turned it on for 2 weeks. Saw all the money leaving, and Democrats quickly SHUT OFF TRACKING to allow it to keep happening READ THAT AGAIN “Today in the fraud committee, the Department of Human Services testified that they haven't been tracking the IP addresses of money that's being literally flown out of our state and where it's going. They did turn on that reporting for 2 weeks, and they found that yes, a lot of those IP addresses were tied to overseas computers, and then they quickly shut it off after just 2 weeks of seeing where this money is actually going” “Every time we turn around, it's just more and more fraud scandals in our state”
