@TfL how should I report a passenger who tailgated me through the barriers at Hayes and Harlington station this morning? Young man with a cream/white bomber jacket, he had a hot drink in one hand and something else in the other hand.

A sensible suggestion would be to have Costco entrance on Southall Lane and exit only onto Hayes Road and the same principle for the Market on Sundays. Also the mini roundabout at Hayes Road and Southall Lane needs traffic lights as people fail to understand roundabout rules!!
