Even all major medical associations have guidelines you can look up yourself that caution against surgery for minors. Most pediatric clinics won't even perform these kinds of surgeries.
Gender affirming care for minors mostly involves SOCIAL transitioning and therapies that are reversible.
Your extreme rhetoric does not align with the reality of standard medical practice.
