Utterly appalling service by Air India. They change your seat in Premium Economy without informing you and expect you to be happy with. When you complain they start making up stores, claming it was your fault. On top of that they offer to do nothing about it. And that to a loyal customer and X follower who oftern stands up for Air India. My seat 23A AI 2017 DEL-LHR 9 March. I will be providing a more detailed post shortly.
