An update regarding myaffinitysutton.com and viewing your account: It has returned back to normal and you can now view your rent up-to-date account online. It has been updated that you can view your accounts up to yesterday’s date- 10th January.

We are aware that when viewing your balance on My Affinity Sutton that the balance is not updating showing you a true reading of your account. Payments are going through but the updates of your balance are not showing. We are working to get this fixed and will update you all soon

As part of our amalgamation to our new Clarion Housing brand, our payment platform will unavailable on Tuesday 16th Jan from 2pm – 4pm. This will mean that you will be unable to make payments online or over the phone during this time either. We apologise for any inconvenience.
