@RobertsDJ @TalkTalk Fibre or copper? Talk talk will be able to run tests on the line to see if there are any faults/anything doesn’t look right. They will be able to tell whether router or line! Do you find it worse in bad weather? If copper, likely can’t cope with multiple devices though.

@DownloadFest wondering if you can help as @TicketmasterCS no longer replying when I asked to make a formal complaint! Wanted to upgrade 1 ticket to 5 nights instead of 3. Unable to do this, told to rebook & they would refund original order. Rebooked but now refusing to refund!

@TicketmasterCS Please can I have a number to speak to an actual person on? £600 out of pocket after rebooking tickets on your agent’s advice, but you will no longer refund the original booking. Told to wait 3 working days for escalation but @DownloadFest will be underway by then

@TicketmasterCS I cannot wait 3 working days for a reply! I have asked for this to be escalated, please can you do this? Just wanted to upgrade 1 ticket to 5 days, told to rebook tickets but no one flagged it was a problem to do this separately. Currently spent £1200 for 2 people to attend 😭

@RoyalMailHelp I set up a redirection in Oct, about to make my 3rd complaint about it as mail is still not redirected. How can I get this sorted out? Making complaints doesn’t work! I’ve only received about 6 redirected letters & had to make multiple trips back to my old home.

@RobertsDJ I have a standing desk in my bedroom and a normal desk downstairs so I can mix it up throughout the day! I also work sitting on the sofa with the kitten a lot 😂 Hoping to build a garden office for the summer so I can ‘go to work’ too.

@sajidjavid My daughter’s upcoming appointment has just been postponed for a whole year. A year. She has Neurofibromatosis type 1 (#NF1) & already only gets 1 appointment a year with her consultant.
