One thing with Amazon Merchant Review Team is that they dont read your account appeal carefully for the first time, and then they marked you failed. And then as a seller, you appeal again. Amazon Merchant Review Team again marked you failed, because the previous Amazon member marked you failed, so no need to investigate again, marked seller failed is an easier option. Sellers want reasonal and rational Merchant Review team, but the reality is: Not enough hands in the Merchant Review team. We get that, but when the Amazon Merchant Review team' s mistake falls on you. It tastes awful. We all know it is the truth and the reality, but Amazon has its reputation to maintain. @AmazonASGTG

Amazon doesn't care if you're innocent. One listing I forgot to delete cost me $53,000 and nearly my entire business, all while my wife was in labor with our first son. The story of the worst and best week of my life... It started in late January 2025. I woke up to the Amazon violation that threatened to suspend my account. A double violation... the kind that kills accounts. My heart sank into my stomach. I felt like I was free-falling. And as if the universe has a twisted sense of humor, my wife went into labor with our first son that same week. I was sitting in the hospital, holding my newborn son, while secretly checking my phone, watching my business burn to the ground. The highest high and the lowest low, all at once. It was an impossible feeling to describe. Before you think I deserved it... I was actually innocent. I had already pulled all inventory for the flagged product. But I forgot to delete the listing. In Amazon's eyes, that's "intent to sell counterfeit products." My appeals went nowhere. The lawyer I hired for $4k was a waste. The financial bleed became brutal: → Refunds: $25,000 → Inventory fees: $21,000 → Consultant for a new account: $3,000 I was out $53,000, with a newborn at home and my main source of income gone ($1.7m revenue). I felt like a failure and was frantic. But that rock bottom moment forced my hand. I had to pivot, and I had to do it fast. That month, I dove headfirst into live selling. It was a desperate move, but it was the best career decision I ever made. Today, we're building a million-dollar liquidation live selling business. That catastrophic week was both the worst and best of my life. It almost broke me... but it also showed me the way forward.

Amazon has currently deactivated our seller account and is holding over $386,000 in funds due to a supply chain review tied to a single ASIN (B003CF07S0 – Designs for Health). We have already submitted full documentation: • invoices • proof of payment • logistics / shipment records • completed video verification All products were sourced through standard distribution channels and are fully documented. The issue appears to stem from a supplier authorization technicality involving LOA territorial rights, rather than any issue with product authenticity, product condition, or illicitly obtained goods. Despite removing the ASIN and fully cooperating, our entire account remains deactivated. Our inventory is locked, removals are blocked, and over 98% of our catalog, sourced from long term authorized distributors we have worked with for more than seven years, is now unable to generate sales. At the same time, we have approximately $310,000 in outstanding payables to suppliers that will soon begin incurring penalties due to the funds being withheld. This situation is creating significant operational strain on an otherwise compliant, long-standing business. We are fully committed to resolving this and have been responsive at every step. @AmazonASGTG I have been removed from Michael Kors for a while now, as well as Tom Ford and Armani. The most recent was Valentino, two days ago all my listings got gated with inventory became stranded and Amazon says no applications are currently being accepted (fully restricted)
