US prosecutors indicted 10 foreign nationals from crypto market makers Gotbit, Vortex, Antier, and Contrarian for a wash trading scheme that artificially inflated trading volumes and prices via pump-and-dump tactics.
The scheme misled investors with fake market activity, involving millions in wash trades by Gotbit alone and leading to over $1 million in seized crypto assets.
Three defendants were extradited from Singapore for April 1, 2026 court appearances on wire fraud conspiracy charges carrying up to 20 years in prison, with some already pleading guilty or sentenced.

If I were a passive investor I'd just buy (in order of size largest to smallest) $TAO $CC $HYPE and fck off for a few years.
These are cream of crop when it comes to an alignment of fundamentals, tokenomics, and potential for huge adoption.
I don't even own any $HYPE, but am aware of it's strength. Tough to get a good entry on it!
I also don't have much $CC but have been DCAing small bags all the time.
$TAO is the mega king to bet on.

I'll be dead honest, Solana let genuine retail die when it let NEIRO die to Binance/HTX and get vamped, no one stood up whilst there was 500+ likes on a raid and the TG was melting phones, I had never seen anything like it, it was like a spark that just needed gas and with it retail would have seen the start of a new wave.
Some of us still stick around knowing maybe we'll pull it off, but Solana did, let retail die.
DOGE people were literally in the TG hoping we'd catch a win and just being there because of it, now they just assume Solana is some sort of vamp chain.
Go figure. Someone, some people need to stand up and do something about it. And BONK just did the same thing as pump so forget that. Head of "fun" at Solana tried to get the DOGE people on board and it flopped.
Read the room, PLEASE. Chain runs on RETAIL for now, traders chase retail money and institutions want RETAIL money.

NEIRO was the biggest PVP ever onchain, PUMP let another NEIRO launch using the start of our CA on purpose, stole $7m and used a private pump API to do it. PVP has not gotten better since NEIRO. We always said onchain is worse since DOGE and with NEIRO and the bropump thesis we will make it better. The only way community always wins is if NEIRO wins. Otherwise it's all just talk.

Exactly, and to not support us now would be an absolute show that this whole mess is unfixable and with it, allegiance to any chain or to 'try' might be unwise.
I stick around cause the tech is sick and I think there's something there for building and showing someone can make money from 0 to 100 on Solana.
But as a community token? I can see why retail would pack it up, never touch Solana, never touch pump and never give a shit, cause it would be easy to walk away.
