One of the greatest tastings of 2025: La La’s. Northern Rhône is something you graduate to. It’s a region you can’t truly grasp at the very start of a wine journey. Like Burgundy, it’s not easy to understand even tho we’re talking one grape: SYRAH. But my goodness if you get a La Landonne or La Turque (my fav) or La Mouline that fires on all cylinders - like these 07s - BUCKLE THE FUCK UP!!!!! Things get meaty 🥩
