@gloria_novovic For air purifiers, anything "True HEPA," really. Amazon sells one under $100 (Renpho) that's quite adequate. Keep an eye on the price and availability of replacement filters for whatever you choose.

@worldofabe Agreed, though feel like the key to not losing great candidates is mostly just to move faster. I know the system is clumsy, but a manager who prioritizes staffing and knows what they're doing can run these giant processes, with the help of their own team, in just a few months.
