I get way too many women contacting me to say they're scared shitless about going through menopause. How did we get here? A candid & truthful account of #menopause can be difficult to hear, but it doesn't need to be scary with the right support. Support>fearmongering

Yesterday we went to Clisshold Park, we tried to stay 2 metres away from people but it was packed. Social distancing requires you to actually STAY at home. So that’s what we’re doing from now on. That and wine 🍷 Google hangouts. #COVIDー19
