Back in 1976 we had 32°C summers, people just got on with it, kids played out, pubs had beer gardens full and nobody screamed the world was ending. Fast forward and the same temperature hits and it’s full climate apocalypse mode, BBC presenters in meltdown, kids terrified and net zero zealots demanding we freeze, tax ourselves into oblivion and eat bugs. Same weather, completely different hysteria. All to push more control, more taxes and more guilt on the little guy while the elites fly private and buy up the countryside. What a pathetic con. Electricity #102: Natural gas generation is almost always Britain's cheapest form of *electricity blackout* prevention. 2. On "Spain reformed in months" Spain last year had a renewables-triggered blackout that blacked out the entire Iberian Peninsula, cost ~11 lives & €multi-billions.
