@SpotifyCares @Spotify @SpotifyUK Are you having a breakdown or has the subscription package changed? I can’t listen to music in order and I am getting ads.

@SpotifyCares Have done that. It now seems to work on Desktop if playing through the machine, but then plays ads and random songs if connected to another device like Google Cast.

@BenTipple Hi there. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Could you log out of the app, and then log back in, twice, to force the app to sync? Let us know how it goes. We'll keep an eye out for your updates.

@Rachelhwb1990 I cant even play the music that I want, put it on repeat, go shuffle music. It's as if I don't have @Spotify premium

@Hyperoptic any reason why the whole internet has gone offline? Webaite shows green status but router and everything all show no connection as of 5 mins ago 12:34pm.
