I have 12 years of blood work. 7 panels. Every result. Every flag. All leading up to my heart attack at 52. They flagged one marker every single time. LDL cholesterol. The only one they cared about. They missed a different marker flagged 4 times. A marker Dr. Broda Barnes called "the riddle of heart attacks" in 1976. Let me show you what they saw, what they missed, and what nearly killed me. 🧵

Joe Rogan: “All I’ve been hearing about Africa lately is what’s going on with White farmers in South Africa. It’s very scary stuff. People are encouraging people to attack White farmers. You don’t hear about good things, you hear about how many farmers have been murdered.”

Watch the whole video. Roelf Meyer is a transformation absolutionist. His references to white supremacists in the USA are reprehensible and undiplomatic. He is not a nice, moderate guy, as currently presented by academics and political commentators, but rather an ANC ideologue.

Justice prevails: @afriforum welcomes the court’s decision to sentence convicted felon @Julius_S_Malema to five years’ direct imprisonment. Malema and the @EFFSouthAfrica acted with impunity and it was essential for the court to send a clear message that no one is above the law. This judgment reinforces the principles of accountability and equality before the law. Although it took eight years for justice to prevail, this outcome demonstrates that persistence matters. AfriForum will thus continue to fight for justice and to ensure that the criminal justice system fulfils its mandate without fear, favour or prejudice. This ruling should serve as a warning to politicians and others who contravene the law: they will be held accountable.

The collapse of South Africa and its society is one of the great tragedies and stories of corruption in human history. Apartheid never ended. It simply flipped and is controlled entirely by the few in order to control the many.

South Africa’s government is straight-up LYING about Elon Musk again. Here’s the TRUTH they don’t want you to hear: South Africa just accused Elon Musk, of “spreading lies” about their country. The only liars here are the corrupt ANC clowns running the government. Elon didn’t lie, he exposed their racist, anti-business policies that are KILLING opportunities for millions of South Africans.
Elon was BORN in Pretoria, South Africa. He wants to bring Starlink, fast, reliable internet to the country so people can learn, work, and connect. But the government BLOCKS it with their openly RACIST laws called B-BBEE (Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment).
To get a telecom license, you MUST hand over at least 30% ownership to “Black” people based purely on skin color. No merit. No qualifications. Just race. That’s not “empowerment.” That’s textbook racism in 2026.
Even worse? Government officials literally OFFERED Elon a bribe to get around their own racist rules. They said: “Just pretend a Black frontman is running Starlink South Africa, pay the ‘fee,’ and we’ll approve the license.” Elon Musk REFUSED. On principle. He won’t play their corrupt game. No fake deals. No selling out. That’s the integrity of a man who actually builds things instead of stealing from his own people.
This isn’t about “lies.” This is the ANC protecting a broken system that keeps South Africa poor, disconnected, and divided. They scream about apartheid from 30 years ago while creating a NEW racist system that discriminates against millions today. Result? No No jobs. No progress. Just more excuses while the country crumbles. Elon called it out and now they’re attacking him because the truth hurts.
Elon Musk is fighting for freedom, innovation, and a better South Africa. The ANC is fighting to protect their racist laws and corruption rackets. I Stand with Elon.

Gary Brecka cut straight to why American pasta and bread can leave people feeling bloated and sluggish — while traditional Italian pasta and bread often don’t. In the US, virtually all flour, bread, pasta, and cereal is fortified with synthetic folic acid — a laboratory-made chemical version of vitamin B9 that does not exist naturally anywhere on earth. American pasta and bread contain mandatory added synthetic folic acid, whereas traditional Italian pasta and bread made from durum wheat do not use the same fortification. About 44–50% of people cannot efficiently convert this synthetic folic acid into the usable form called methylfolate. For those individuals, it can contribute to slower gut motility and symptoms such as intermittent bloating, gas, irritability, and cramping. The fortification policy started with the goal of reducing neural tube defects in newborns. Brecka suggests choosing non-fortified or organic versions of grains, or the methylated form directly, to potentially bypass the conversion issue. Have you noticed any difference in how you feel after eating American-style fortified pasta or bread compared to non-fortified options?

The illicit cigarette trade in South Africa has spiralled into a full-blown crisis, costing the country billions in lost tax revenue while empowering organised crime networks and undermining legitimate businesses. What may seem like a simple issue of cheap cigarettes being sold on street corners is, in reality, a complex criminal ecosystem involving smuggling, money laundering, and corruption. Despite periodic raids and seizures, enforcement remains inconsistent and largely ineffective against well-structured syndicates that operate with significant resources and adaptability. Law enforcement agencies must shift from reactive operations to sustained, intelligence-driven interventions that target the financiers, manufacturers, and distribution networks behind the trade. This includes tightening border controls, strengthening tax compliance measures, rooting out corruption within enforcement structures, and ensuring that cases are properly prosecuted. At the same time, the growing price gap between legal and illicit cigarettes continues to fuel demand, further entrenching the illicit market. Unless authorities treat this as a serious organised crime threat and act decisively, the illicit cigarette trade will continue to expand unchecked, with far-reaching consequences for the economy and the rule of law. The illicit alcohol problem is also growing by the day. Counterfeit goods have flooded the market. #LockThemUp @TaxJustice_SA @sarstax @SAPoliceService

If BEE laws worked as advertised, South Africa would not have 42% unemployment (and 65% youth unemployment). The dishonest one here is @CyrilRamaphosa who knows it is an enrichment racket for his party and their cronies.

A “good” tax authority can make things worse. @Martin_ASFL argues that efficient tax collection in a failing system can end up funding more waste and corruption. Watch the full discussion: youtube.com/live/YEhHrDRmE… 🔴 New episodes Fridays at 12pm CAT
