@Avis Yeah, customer service was ZERO help (at least the three agents I spoke with couldn't help me). I have emailed as instructed, and you have exactly 30 minutes to help me, or else I am going to Sixt or @Budget

@Budget - Wow! What crappy service. My sister and brother in law are stranded in Pensacola b/c the car they rented 2 hrs ago died. You want to charge them $690 to bring them a new car?!? They are stranded at a McDonald's and you refuse to help them. They have 5 kids and luggage.







@Budget absolute terrible customer service. Rented a car Monday for today 3/25 got a call 20 minutes before pick up that “they didn’t have a car”, great….. so we booked with you again, after being reassured you had a car at a location an hour away, so we drove there… NO car 😂
